Our Osteopaths
Here at MoreHealth we understand the importance of patient care. While all our Osteopaths are self employed they share common principals and each works hard to deliver great patient care as well as the results our patients need. Continual learning & development is also very important to our osteopaths as we enjoy being one of the first to bring our patients the newest techniques in Osteopathic treatment.
Our Osteopaths are all qualified at degree level or more and have gained a large amount of clinical experience. All are registered with the Osteopathic Council of Ireland.

Tracey Murray
My name is Tracey Murray and I have been working in the Health Industry since 1996. My interest in health, sport and exercise began at young age and led me into a career firstly as an Exercise Physiologist and then as an Osteopath. This has seen me complete studies and work in different clinical setting both here and in Australia.
My studies started in Dublin in 1996 where I completed a Sports and Remedial Therapy course. My studies then led to the completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) at Sydney University in Australia, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters in Osteopathy at University of Western Sydney, Australia.
I also had periods teaching at University, both Anatomy and Physiology and Exercise Programming and Rehabilitation for neurological and spinal conditions. All of this knowledge has contributed to my understanding and ability to treat the body as an Osteopath to optimise health and function.
As a clinician I have worked in private practice for over 18 years. I have practiced on patients with both spinal and sporting injuries, performing clinical care and exercise programming for specific conditions on a one-to-one basis. I have also focused on Womens Health and used my osteopathic practice to focus on general wellbeing, headaches, metabolic conditions such as PCOS, and structural asymmetries antenatal and post-partum. My practice has also involved the treatment of babies and children particularly those suffering with colic, feeding and sleeping difficulties, musculoskeletal mobility issues and plagiocephaly. Using a combination of Osteopathic techniques including cranial, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, manipulation, counter-strain, stretching and soft tissue work depending on the patient’s presentation.
I joined the team at MoreHealth in 2021 after permanently relocating
